Welcome to SupplyRuns. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SupplyRuns website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other business considerations. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We may correct pricing or product-description errors before an order is fulfilled. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

Shipping times and costs vary by product, destination, supplier, and fulfillment method. Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers, while others may be fulfilled by SupplyRuns. Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. SupplyRuns is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Return eligibility, time limits, and refund terms may vary by product. Items that are used, opened, customized, made to order, or otherwise not eligible for resale may not be returnable. Customers should contact SupplyRuns before returning any item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed, unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, quantities, and specifications. Product packaging, colors, branding, materials, or manufacturer details may vary from images or descriptions. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their intended use before purchase.

Some products may be supplied, shipped, or fulfilled by third-party manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers. SupplyRuns may rely on those third parties for inventory availability, shipping, packaging, and product information. We are not responsible for changes made by a supplier after an order is placed, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve order issues and provide appropriate refunds, replacements, or other remedies when applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupplyRuns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, products purchased through the website, shipping delays, or third-party supplier actions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, or a purchase from SupplyRuns will be handled in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania and federal law.
